If your bid gets accepted by the customer you will receive a notification, that you have been assigned to the case and the case will now be found under assigned.

You will notice 10RM being deducted from your deposit and showing up as locked amount.
i-fix locks 10RM per job assigned to a repairman to ensure that the job is completed professionally by the repairman.

If the customer cancels the job, the RM10 will be creditted back into the repairman's deposit account.
If the repairman cancels, RM5 will be deducted from the locked amount as a penalty and RM5 will be credited back into the repairman's deposit account.
If the repairman gets paid in cash, the locked amount is taken by i-fix as a service fee.

If the repairman gets paid electronically, the locked amount is credited back into the deposit.
