If you're not receiving notifications on the i-fix app, don't worry, there is a simple fix. Follow the steps below:
- Open the side-menu by swiping right from the left corner of the screen or press the 3-lines icon on the top left corner.
- Open Settings menu
- Open Notifications
- Turn off the option for 'Push notifications' and turn it back on
