How do I get in touch with my assigned Repairman? Print

Once you have assigned a Repairman to solve your case/job, it is very easy to get in touch with him/her.

You have 2 options.

1. Chat

2. Call

To get in touch with your Repairman perform this action.

1. Open your case on which you want to contact your Repairman

2. Click either Chat or Call inside the case

The in-app Chat allows you to post more pictures or send videos to make your case to the Repairman clearer of his/her assignment.
