Try to chat or call the repairman first in any case, they might be on the way or some other things might have come up.

 

If contacting them doesn’t work, cancel the case and send a complaint to i-fix using our Report feature (Remember to mention “Case ID number” in the complaint).

 

If we find out that the Repairman is not upholding their end of the deal, they will be penalised and we will refund the RM5 you have been charged upon cancellation back into your wallet.

 

Notice!

You would need to re-create the case in order to hire another Repairman for your problem. i-fix will not be held responsible when the assigned repairman does not uphold their end of the agreement.

 

Follow these steps to make a complaint of your assigned repairman.

 

  1. Go to the side menu

  2. Open History, and select the case you cancelled

  3. Press the Report button which will redirect you to your email client, and tell us what happened
