Your invoice consists of a few categories, listed below for your convenience.

1. Callout cost - The repairman's basic cost for showing up at your residence/office to inspect the problem

2. Labour cost - The cost of labour charged by the repairman for his efforts in fixing your problem

3. Material cost - The cost of any materials used in fixing your problem

Notice!

If you opted to pay using Credit/Debit Card or Online Banking (FPX), you will notice an additional 2.6% Transaction Fee.

This fee is charged by the online payment gateway for online payments and not i-fix.
